Our advanced CNC milling capabilities, including 3 to 5-axis machining and robotic automation, ensure precise and versatile work on workpieces up to 1000 x 1050 x 600mm in size.

Precision and adaptability drive everything we do in milling. Our CNC machining centres handle workpieces up to 1000 x 1050 x 600mm, covering a broad range of jobs from straightforward 3-axis work through to complex 5-axis geometries.

Our machines:

  • Okuma Genos M460V-5AX – 5-axis vertical machining centre for complex geometries and tight tolerances
  • Okuma Genos M560-V-E – 4-axis machining centre for precise, efficient milling
  • Okuma MU-5000V – 5-axis vertical machining centre with an 800 x 1,050 x 600mm (X/Y/Z) work envelope and Ø500mm table, built for high-productivity multi-sided machining

These machines run inside an automated Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS), managed by a Fanuc R-2000iB robot handling up to 50 pallets. The robot lifts workpieces up to 210kg (500 x 500mm), keeping material moving through the system with minimal downtime.
