Quality is built into everything we do at MCHND. We’re ISO 9001:2015 certified, ensuring components are delivered to specification and on time, every time.

Inspection is carried out on our Hexagon 5-axis Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), operated by trained staff and run through PCDMIS software. This lets us measure to micron-level tolerances and automate repeatable inspections. Our use of PCDMIS software also means we can supply certificates of conformance, giving clients assurance that their components are made to the most exacting standards.

We also uphold compliance with standards such as MIL-DTL-5541 chromate conversion coating, using QPL-approved chemistry and ASTM B117 salt spray testing through a NATA-accredited lab.
