Our Turning services feature automated lathes with bar feeders handling workpieces up to 70mm in diameter and mill-turn capability for billets and turned parts up to 650mm in diameter and 1,500mm in length.
Precision meets productivity in our turning capabilities. Our lathes, fitted with bar feeders, handle workpieces up to 70mm in diameter, and we can manage billets up to 480mm in diameter, covering a wide range of project sizes.
Our automated bar-fed lathe setup speeds up turning operations and lets us competitively machine high-quantity batches without compromising on precision or cost. Turning processes include OD and ID turning, knurling, broaching, grooving, and threading. We cover everything from complex geometries to precise thread profiles.
Our machines:
- Okuma Multus U3000 – 9-axis mill-turn centre combining turning and milling in a single setup, with a 650mm max turning diameter and up to 1,500mm turning length
- Wintec 2-Axis Barfed Lathe (TC15) – A dedicated 2-axis bar-fed lathe for efficient, high-quantity turning of cylindrical components, handling OD/ID turning, grooving, and threading with consistent repeatability.
- Daewoo 2-Axis Barfed Lathe (PUMA) – A reliable 2-axis bar-fed lathe adding further turning capacity to our automated setup, suited to straight and taper turning, facing, and threading across a range of batch sizes.
